This Decree:
Continues to disestablish the Landed Gentry within Clyro, and then readdresses the appointments of the Clyran Nobility to Hundreds and Counties within the Region of Clyro set by the September 30th Nobility Act:
1. This Act will keep the name 'September 30th Amended Nobility Act', despite being decreed on the 4th November.
2. HL Richard I, the Lord of Clyro, is appointed as the landed noble of Saint’s Rest, the Capital Hundred of the Province of Wibertsherne.
3. Marquis Cassidy is appointed as the landed noble of Cassidishire and all its Hundreds.
4. Baron Lewis is appointed as the landed noble of the Declan Forest Hundred, subordinate to the honourable Marquis Cassidy.
5. Count Frisch is appointed as the landed noble of the Low Wold Hundred, subordinate to the honourable Marquis Cassidy.
6. Earl Whyatt is appointed as the landed noble of Mossishire and all its Hundreds.
7. Baron Harland-Hackenschmidt is appointed as the landed noble of the Rio Cinema Hundred, subordinate to the honourable Earl Whyatt.
8. Baron Newton is appointed as the landed noble of the Star Inn Hundred, subordinate to the honourable Earl Whyatt.
9. Duke Lobao is appointed as the landed noble of Rambleshire and all its Hundreds.
10. Baron Schriber is appointed as the landed Noble of the Greater Koille Hundred, subordinate to the honourable Duke Lobao.
11. Baron Velazquez is appointed as the landed noble of the Lesser Koille Hundred, subordinate to the honourable Duke Lobao.
12. The Hundreds of Nine Logs, Penmine & Spildcastle and the Darva Cascades are all directly under Regal Authority, pending further admissions to the Nobility.

Note: As this is a decree, no voting is necessary; it is automatically made law within the Region of Clyro, as the Nobility there is solely the concern of the Lord of Clyro (myself).
