Given our changes to the forums, I feel a set of formal rules are needed in order to proceed with our Gorsedh business. I will detail them below.
(1) Formality while in the Gorsedh and Motion threads.
(2) Motions shall be done by commenting "Support, Abstain or Oppose" instead of polls, this because polls can be voted by observers, and we need to know the origin of votes.
(3) The Forum DOES NOT replace the Skype chat room, meetings can be scheduled in order to allow greater debate over more complex topics, the Forum however is preferred when dealing with small issues and motions.
More may be added in the future, if the members so wish.
