This Bill:
Will establish a legal precedent for holding an accused individual to account in spite of said individual’s absence at trial. This will confirm the stance that the Kingdoms and Lands Represented in the Council of the Diarchal Crowns of the Disciples will not accept the legal concept habeas corpus.
1 - If an individual is taken to trial, and they prove to be absent at the allotted time of that trial, for reasons of absent-mindedness or refusal, then the trial may continue, with the individual being trialled in absentia.
I support this motion.
