This Bill:
Will establish the right for all Mercian citizens, be they Noble or subject, to petition the Mercian Parliament House or by written request or complaint for changes to law and for protestation or support of Government, Loyal Opposition, other party or Gorsedh policy.
1: Everyone has the right individually or jointly with others to address written requests or complaint to the Mercian Parliament House or any of the Mercian Gorsedhs, hereafter referred to as the ‘relevant institution’.
2: If the relevant institution agrees that the subject of petition is serious enough to be acted upon, then the subject may be voted upon or resolved in the manner of the relevant institution.
Current vote share stands at 4 supports and 0 opposes.
