This Bill:
Will repeal the 30th September 2014 Amended Nobility Act and establish a new Estates Gorsedh, which will create and maintain Noble Estates within territorial Hundreds of the Kingdoms & Lands Represented in the Council of the Diarchal Crowns of the Disciples. The new Gorsedh will then be responsible for the landing of Nobles to their Estates, Hundreds, Counties and Provinces.
1: The 30th September 2014 Amended Nobility Act is hereby repealed.
2: The Estates Gorsedh is hereby established as the government body responsible for the landing of the Nobility to territories of the Kingdoms & Lands Represented in the Council of the Diarchal Crowns of the Disciples.
3: An Estates Prefect will be appointed to manage the activities of the Estates Gorsedh by a majority vote of Parliament.
4: The Gorsedh will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and amending of Noble Estates within the Hundreds of the Kingdoms & Lands Represented in the Council of the Diarchal Crowns of the Disciples.
5: The Gorsedh will be responsible for appointing, moving and removing members of the Nobility to the Estates, Hundreds, Counties and Provinces of the Kingdoms & Lands Represented in the Council of the Diarchal Crowns of the Disciples, in keeping with the hierarchy of authority established in the 17th August 2014 Powers of the Nobility Act.
